Company Director
Steve Goddard joined the Eastwood Park in 1981 as a Demonstrator, working across all delivered specialities. Subsequent employment involved moves to American life support / monitoring equipment manufacturers Puritan Bennett and UK medical gas system designers and installers MEDÆS Ltd.
Steve finally returned to Eastwood Park as Lecturer / Training Consultant, with particular responsibility for Biomedical Equipment and Computing Courses at Eastwood Park.
Steve eventually assumed responsibility for the Authorised Person (MGPS) training provision of the Centre.
Privatisation of the organisation gave Steve Goddard an opportunity to establish (in 2003) MGPS Training Ltd (Now MGPS Services Ltd), a small company providing training and technical consultancy services to the healthcare sector.
Since forming the Company, Steve regularly carries out AP (MGPS) duties for routine operations and have been involved with major medical gas project work for various hospitals throughout the UK and abroad.
Other Company work includes conducting medical gas audits, risk assessments, compliance surveys and production of medical gas operational policies. |
