The benefits of safety training for staff handling and using medical gas cylinders are proven.
However, with frequent staff turnover, movement across departments, unavailability and large numbers involved it is not always possible to assemble groups of students for effective training purposes.
MGPS Services offers a training package to selected staff who will ultimately be responsible for training others within their facility.
The first component of the package is a short 'Train the Trainer' course, during which participants will be taught presentation and training techniques to enable them to deliver effective training in cylinder management and safety.
On completion of the course, participants will be provided with the second part of the package i.e. the materials necessary to deliver the course within their own establishment.
Telephone support will also be available for trained tutors.
This cascade training is a proven, cost effective measure for training larger numbers of staff and can be tailored to equipment specific to your site.
